How to Use OurDream AI on Your Phone: iOS & Android Guide

Open OurDream in Safari or Chrome, add a home-screen shortcut and troubleshoot access, with official instructions and clear limits on what has been verified.

On this page

You can use OurDream in your phone’s browser: open ourdream.ai in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android. A home-screen shortcut is optional. OurDream’s official mobile help, rechecked on October 1, 2026, says it does not offer a standalone mobile app and recommends this browser route.

This guide combines that help with current Apple and Google instructions. We have not installed OurDream on a physical phone or tested a paid account. For the broader features and limitations, see our OurDream review.

Start with the official website

Type ourdream.ai directly into your browser. You do not need an APK file or an App Store download to follow these steps. A similarly named store listing does not by itself establish that it belongs to the service at that address. Follow any future app announcement from the official site, rather than assuming a download result is affiliated.

PhoneDocumented starting pointOptional home-screen access
iPhoneSafari, then ourdream.aiShare menu; add the website to the Home Screen
AndroidChrome, then ourdream.aiChrome menu; create a shortcut or use an installation option if offered

Open the site in the full browser before looking for these menus. A page opened inside another app may present different controls. The instructions below concern the browser’s menus, not an OurDream account setting.

Add OurDream to your iPhone Home Screen

Apple’s current Safari instructions account for different tab layouts:

  1. Open Safari and visit ourdream.ai.
  2. Open the page menu and choose Share. Some layouts show the Share button directly.
3. Find Add to Home Screen in the sharing options. If absent, use Edit Actions to add it.
  4. If shown, enable Open as Web App, then confirm with Add.
  5. Open the new icon to return to the website. Sign in if prompted.

OurDream’s older help places Share at the bottom centre; Apple’s newer layout guidance is more useful if your screen differs. The icon is a way to open the website. It does not establish that a separate native OurDream app has been installed.

Add a shortcut on Android

OurDream’s help calls the Chrome option Add to Home Screen. Google’s current shortcut guide uses newer wording:

  1. Open Chrome and load ourdream.ai.
  2. Open More, the three-dot browser menu.
  3. Look for Install and create shortcut, then Create shortcut. If your version instead shows Add to Home Screen, use that option.
  4. Keep or edit the shortcut name and confirm Add.
  5. Tap the home-screen icon to open the site.

An Install option under Install and create shortcut can appear for supported web apps; follow Chrome’s confirmation if it is offered. Google explains this separately in its web-app guide. A shortcut displaying the Chrome logo opens in Chrome. Do not assume every device will show an installation prompt or a window without browser controls. If neither option is available, continue using the website in a normal tab.

Sign in and check what your account includes

Use your existing OurDream sign-in details if you already have an account. Adding an icon is not a reason to buy a second subscription. If an email verification code fails to arrive, the official login guidance recommends checking the address, spam folder and mail filters, then allowing an hour before contacting support.

Once signed in, the site’s navigation separates Chat, Create, Generate and My AI. Open the feature you need and check any access requirement or displayed credit charge before proceeding. Home-screen access does not unlock paid features: OurDream’s media help says image and video generation require a subscription. Our Dreamcoin allowances and extra-cost guide covers the spending questions separately.

If the page or shortcut does not work

First, open ourdream.ai directly in the browser. If that works but the icon does not, compare the address it opens with the official domain. This helps distinguish a shortcut problem from a site or account problem without making another purchase.

For loading errors, OurDream’s troubleshooting guide suggests refreshing, trying another browser and clearing browser cache/cookies. Start with a refresh; before clearing site data, make sure you can sign in again. For a missing purchased entitlement, the guide also points to sync beside Active Subscription in the profile. These are documented suggestions, not fixes we have demonstrated on every phone.

If the issue continues, contact the official help centre with your browser version, phone operating system and the error shown. Do not send a password or verification code. An unavailable feature can be an account restriction rather than a failed installation.

What the icon changes, and what it does not

The shortcut makes the site easier to reopen. It does not prove that chats work offline, that notifications will arrive, or that a browser tab and a home-screen window share the same login session. We have not verified those behaviours for OurDream. Apple and Google documenting web-app capabilities is not evidence that this particular service implements each one.

On a shared phone, consider that the icon is visible and an existing session may remain open. Removing an icon is not the website’s subscription-cancellation procedure. For a subscription bought on ourdream.ai, its cancellation instructions direct you to your profile, Cancel subscription, then confirmation. Refer to the credits guide for the separate questions about remaining balances.

The sources above were checked on October 1, 2026. No purchase, conversation, media generation or cancellation was performed for this guide.
