How Much Do OurDream Credits Cost? Dreamcoins Explained

OurDream charges for a subscription and, when needed, extra Dreamcoins. The public Premium offer shows US$19.99 billed monthly with 1,000 coins each month, or US$119.88 paid upfront for a year. Dreamcoins pay for metered actions; the subscription also pays for access. Dividing the subscription charge by its coin allowance does not give you a standalone coin purchase price.

Subscription Prices and Included Dreamcoins

The current upgrade screen distinguishes Premium and Deluxe. The older Standard subscription guide documents the same base monthly and annual charges as the displayed Premium offer; it does not cover the complete current tier choice.

Annual billing changes the cash commitment, not the monthly delivery schedule. Premium starts with 2,000 coins including its bonus; Deluxe advertises 5,000 extra in the first month on top of its ordinary allowance. Neither annual price is a monthly instalment, and the bonus is not repeated every month. Confirm taxes, currency and renewal terms before paying.

Deluxe also advertises free Premium chat models. The older help schedule's paid-model charges therefore should not be applied indiscriminately to every tier. Choose using the plan and model shown in your account, not just the largest credit number.

What Do Extra Dreamcoins Cost?

The signed-out upgrade page's optional add-on controls showed these amounts on both subscription tiers and billing settings. These are extras added to a subscription order, not a completed purchase or a verified price in an existing subscriber's coin store.

The last column divides the pack price by its coin count and multiplies by 1,000, rounded to cents. A Premium monthly order with 1,000 extra coins would total $31.98 before any additional taxes or fees: $19.99 + $11.99. Its 1,000 included coins and 1,000 purchased coins are separate allocations. Check the final order total; these controls do not establish every regional or account-specific top-up offer.

The help centre says an active subscription is required to buy extra coins. Its Dreamcoin guide points subscribers to their profile. A coin purchase does not replace the subscription needed for media features. If your balance is low, waiting for the next included grant is another option.

Which Actions Spend the Balance?

The official coin-cost guide, last edited March 2, lists the following reference rates. These are documented costs, not consumption we measured in a paid account. Check the selected mode and displayed cost before generating.

Video does not have one universal price. OurDream's September 26 product update says Prime video now costs 10 coins after its promotion ended. That is a named model's rate, not a replacement price for every five-second video. The older standard-video rate, Prime and other quality/duration settings cannot be treated as identical outputs.

Editing, enhancements, premium narration and character creation can consume additional coins. A pricing card's image, video and call examples are alternative uses of a balance, not separate allowances to add together. Unlimited messaging likewise does not mean unlimited media generation.

A Mixed Budget for 1,000 Coins

Suppose you use the documented standard rates for 40 images and ten voice-call minutes:

• Images: 40 ÷ 2 × 10 = 200 coins.
• Calls: 10 × 50 = 500 coins.
• Total: 700 coins, leaving 300 from a 1,000-coin grant.

Those remaining 300 coins would cover three standard five-second videos at the older 100-coin reference rate, if that is the price still displayed for your chosen setting. They are not three videos plus another 300 coins. Retries, paid-model replies and other actions reduce the same balance.

When Do Monthly Coins Arrive?

The subscription allowance guide confirms monthly grants for the Standard plan, including annual subscribers. Do not budget a full year's coins as available on day one.

OurDream's renewal timing page specifies 2pm EST on the renewal date. It does not explain daylight-saving handling. Use the date shown in your account and ask support if a grant is missing; a change of calendar month alone does not establish a delay.

Do Unused Coins Roll Over or Expire?

The upgrade page says purchased extra coins stay until spent, but does not clearly settle rollover of unused subscription grants. More significantly, official cancellation guidance conflicts:

• The subscription-expiry page, edited February 20, 2026, says coins do not expire. It also says images, videos and community packs become inaccessible without active membership.
• The cancellation guide, edited December 5, 2025, says unused coins can be spent through the paid period, but previous unused coins are not restored when starting a new subscription.

We cannot establish which rule will apply to a particular balance after cancellation. Get written confirmation covering both included and purchased coins before relying on a large balance surviving a break. Retaining a balance and retaining paid feature access are different questions.

Cancellation also does not automatically refund the subscription or unused credits. The refund policy describes separate conditions and applicable exceptions; this guide does not promise eligibility.

Before You Pay

Record the subscription's full charge, your next grant date, the chosen action's coin cost and the final price of any extra pack. A lower per-coin price only helps if you will use the larger purchase; it does not reduce the amount charged today. Keep a separate cash limit for top-ups instead of treating the monthly subscription as an all-inclusive media budget.
