Dream Companion Pricing: Free vs Paid Plans Compared

Dream Companion offers free core access and two paid tiers: Premium at $11.99 per month and Ultimate at $44.99 per month in the public offer checked on October 1, 2026. Annual options charge $69.99 or $299.88 upfront. Paying for a subscription does not mean unlimited image, video or voice use: the plans include a separate Dream Coin allowance.

This comparison uses the provider's public subscription screen and terms, without buying a plan or testing paid features. The signed-out English-language screen labels amounts with “$” but does not identify an ISO currency code. Confirm the currency at checkout; these are not guaranteed local prices. What Can You Use for Free?

The official terms describe free core services with one character and a limited number of messages, typically 10 to 20. Those terms were last modified on July 4, 2024. They establish a documented free entry point, but we did not verify a fresh account's exact allowance or whether messages replenish hourly, daily or at all.

Treat free access as a way to inspect the interface and available conversation before choosing a subscription. Do not budget around an assumed daily quota, free monthly coins or free media generation. The public evidence checked did not establish those entitlements. The terms mention earning extra credits through tasks, but current task availability and rewards were not verified.

Paid Prices and Monthly Dream Coins

Switching both tier and billing period on the official subscription screen produced these four offers. Dream Coins are the service's credits for metered features; they are separate from the subscription's access benefits.

The annual options also displayed a limited-time first-month bonus of 100 coins for Premium or 800 for Ultimate. If eligible, that means 200 or 1,600 coins in the first month including the ordinary allowance. It does not mean that bonus repeats monthly, or that annual subscribers receive twelve months of coins immediately. The promotion's end date and account eligibility were not established.

The monthly equivalents above are calculations, not instalment offers: $69.99 ÷ 12 is $5.8325, rounded to $5.83, and $299.88 ÷ 12 is $24.99. Confirm the full charge, currency, taxes and renewal amount before paying; the public screen did not establish a final tax-inclusive checkout total for every region.

What Changes When You Choose Ultimate?

Both paid tiers currently advertise unlimited messages, audio messages, image and video generation, and voice calls. The table reflects the benefits shown on the subscription screen, not independent tests of delivery or quality.

“Not listed” means the checked Premium benefit list did not promise that upgrade. It is not a test proving the feature is absent. Likewise, an advertised advanced model or extended memory does not establish a measured improvement in conversation quality.

Ultimate gives eight times the monthly coin allowance, but that alone does not make it better value. A reader mainly interested in text may not use the extra budget. For media-heavy use, check the exact model, duration and action price in the account before deciding whether 800 coins will cover it. Unlimited messages do not establish unlimited media or every model's charging rules.

Monthly or Annual Billing?

At the displayed prices, twelve separate Premium monthly payments would total $143.88, versus $69.99 for the annual option: a $73.89 difference. Twelve Ultimate monthly payments would total $539.88, versus $299.88 annually: a $240 difference. These calculations assume twelve months at the observed monthly rate and exclude extra coin purchases and any taxes.

Annual billing lowers the equivalent monthly cost if you use the full year, while monthly billing requires a smaller initial payment. The annual discount is less useful if you stop using the service early. The screen's rounded daily figures are marketing comparisons, not daily billing options; use the full billed amount to make the decision. Future prices and promotional renewal rates remain unverified.

Coins and Extra Spending

The older terms describe 100 coins for paid subscribers and costs of 3 to 20 coins for certain image or character actions. That wording does not distinguish today's Premium and Ultimate offers, nor provide a complete current tariff for models, video and calls. We therefore use the current tier screen for monthly allowances and do not convert those old action costs into promised image or call quantities.

Current top-up pack prices, coin rollover or expiry, and the full per-action tariff were not established in this public check. Before subscribing for media, inspect the displayed cost of the specific action you want and any extra pack you would need. Set a separate spending limit for those purchases instead of assuming the subscription covers every generation.

Cancellation, Renewal and Refunds

The subscription page's cancellation FAQ directs users to Settings → cancel subscription. The older terms describe profile Settings → Unsubscribe, followed by confirmation. These are published instructions, not a cancellation journey we tested; use support if the controls in your account differ.

Under the cancellation policy, requests before the next billing cycle stop future charges. A request after a new cycle begins may leave that cycle charged. Save the confirmation and check the next billing date rather than assuming that leaving the site cancels a subscription.

Cancellation does not automatically refund the period already paid for. The refund policy allows case-by-case consideration for provider errors or technical issues and says stricter local protections still apply. This is a summary of the provider's policy, not a promise of refund eligibility.

Which Option Fits Your Use?

Start with the available free access if you have not tried the interface. Premium is the lower-cost paid entry in the observed offer and already lists the main communication and media features. Ultimate is worth considering when its larger coin allowance or specifically advertised extras match a need you can identify. Choose annual billing only when the full upfront amount and longer commitment make sense for you.
