Secrets.ai Moments Explained: Costs, Monthly Credits & Top-Ups

Secrets.ai Moments are credits for images, videos, voice and other metered features. Premium includes 8,000 Moments a month; Ultimate includes 15,000. Unused monthly grants do not roll over, while purchased top-up Moments do not expire. Your balance can contain both, so buying extra credits and choosing a larger subscription are different budget decisions.

We checked official documentation and the signed-out store on October 2, 2026. This is a research-based guide, not a paid generation test. Secrets.ai monthly Moments and subscription costs

The official subscription guide separates monthly credits from purchase bonuses:

These are documented monthly subscription prices, not tax-inclusive totals for every country or verified future renewal prices. Unlimited paid text messaging does not make images, video or voice unlimited. For annual charges and differences beyond credits, use our Premium vs Ultimate plan comparison.

When credits arrive and what carries over

The Moments rules specify a monthly grant reset: unused grant credits are replaced by the next allowance. Purchased Moments are not reset. Annual billing still gives credits month by month, not twelve grants upfront. Check your account's grant and renewal dates; do not assume a calendar-month reset.

A mid-cycle upgrade from a monthly plan is an exception: the unused grant converts into non-expiring top-up Moments, and the new grant is added. The full new plan price is charged. For a multi-month upgrade, the provider instead credits the dollar value of months not yet started toward the new subscription. These are different rules, not ordinary rollover or a reason to buy an upgrade solely to retain credits.

What Secrets.ai images, videos and voice cost in Moments

Read the selected action's price before generating. Resolution, companion count, references and video settings can change the amount; a single flat “cost per image or video” misses those differences.

Images, edits and additional references

The current image guide documents these rates:

The first Advanced reference is included. For example, a 1.5K group image with two companions and their two reference photos costs 2 × 50 + 10 = 110 Moments; at 2K, it costs 210. This is arithmetic from the documented rules, not a test result. A batch of eight Premium-mode images costs 8 × 50 = 400, rather than one 50-Moment charge for the batch.

Video, calls and text-to-speech

The video guide lists 600 Moments for an Adult-mode clip at 720p lasting eight seconds. Standard and Advanced prices vary with settings, so 600 is not a universal video tariff. Advanced includes audio; Standard's audio setting affects the quote. Check the Generate button's total before each request.

Audio calls cost 50 Moments per minute. Reading a chat message aloud is a different action: text-to-speech costs 10 Moments per started block of 100 characters. Messages must contain at least 20 characters. The final enhanced text, including added audio tags, determines that count. A 101-character final message therefore costs 20 Moments; this says nothing about how part-minutes of calls are rounded.

The payments guide also lists 500 Moments for an additional custom character, with the first free. Companion content bundles spend your existing Moments; they are not credit refills. Allow for those purchases separately.

Failed generations and unwanted results are different cases. The image/video guides say generation failures after starting receive automatic Moments refunds. The image guide excludes completed Advanced images and edits from its quality-report refund policy. A result you dislike therefore does not mean every new attempt is free.

Two monthly Moments budget examples

These are hypothetical calculations using the documented rates, not measured output or promised results. Assume no other spending, extra references or repeat generations.

That mix leaves 1,600 Moments on Premium or 8,600 on Ultimate from the monthly grant alone. The rows form one combined budget, not three separate allowances.

A different workload, 100 Advanced 2K images with one companion and no extra references, costs 100 × 100 = 10,000 Moments. Premium falls short by 2,000; Ultimate has 5,000 left. That gap is a credit requirement, not a quoted cash top-up price. A subscription also pays for chat and other features, so dividing its fee by the grant does not establish an image's standalone retail price.

Buying Secrets.ai top-ups and checking the real price

Buying Moments requires an active Premium or Ultimate subscription, according to the purchase rules. Free cannot buy a pack as an alternative to subscribing. The signed-out store showed us subscription offers, not a verifiable current pack list; check available packs in your account.

Purchase bonuses and the wiki's price example

Premium adds 10% to purchased Moments; Ultimate adds 15%. These percentages do not increase the standard monthly grants. The subscription wiki illustrates a purchase of 4,000 base Moments for US$11.99:

We have not verified that this pack is currently available at that price. To compare an actual offer, divide its full charge by the final Moments received, including any bonus already displayed. Do not apply the bonus twice. Multiplying that unit cost by an action's Moments gives an allocated usage cost; the pack's full price is still paid upfront.

Check the pack before paying

1. Confirm your active plan, remaining grant and next reset date. Estimate the extra Moments you actually need.
2. Open Store and its Moments purchase section. Check the base amount, bonus and final balance increase for the selected pack.
3. Read the full currency amount, taxes and any promotion conditions before confirming. Compare that immediate charge with the actual upgrade offer, not merely the difference between monthly subscription prices.
4. After a purchase, check your balance and the Moments history described in User Settings. Keep the payment confirmation if the amount credited needs clarification.

The documentation does not establish the order in which your two balance types are spent. Use the account breakdown rather than assuming top-ups protect unused monthly credits.
